Situated at 1.100 m. of altitude under the Kilimangiare with acacia woods and several wide water springs creating swamps.
These swamps support 56 species of big mammals, including elephants, rhinos, buffalos, lions and leopards and various species of herbivores and birds.

Tsavo is the largest national park in Kenya, and only a couple of hours from Watamu. Clients on a day trip leave early in the morning to view the game at the best possible time, have lunch in a safari lodge, and return through the park late in the afternoon.
